STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF CRYOPRESERVED PLACENTA EXTRACT ON THE PROCESSES OF CYTOLYSIS AND LIPID PEROXIDATION IN CCL4-INDUCED LIVER DAMAGE

Abstract. The search for new strategies the correction of exogenous toxic liver lesions is due to steady increase in incidence hepatitis and cirrhosis among working population, which an important medical social problem.
 aim determine effect cryopreserved placenta extract (CEP) on state rats with tetrachloromethane (CCl4)-induced damage by indicators lipid peroxidation (LP) markers cytolysis.
 Materials methods. Experimental studies were conducted 28 male rats. Acute CCl4-induced was reproduced a single injection 50.0% CCl4 oil solution. KEP administered 1 time per day 5 days before introduction CCl4. material study whole blood homogenates, content reactants thiobarbituric acid (TBA-RP), catalase activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) alanine aminotransferase (AlAt) aspartate (AsAt) as well γ-glutamyl activity determined. transpeptidases (γ-GTP) alkaline phosphatase (AP) according standard methods.
 Results discussion. showed that TBA-RP homogenates lower (p<0.01) 35.6% prophylactically injected CEP compared simulated without treatment (control group). An level (p=0.02) use established 33.8% SOD 45.5% control group. It also shown AlAt after administration decreased (p<0.001) 56.0%, AsAt 48.6%, γ-HTP 37.8% untreated hepatitis.
